Question
QUESTION: Hello Chris. When I write a web page address in the browser it appears a list of possibilities instead of the same page directly, I do not know what happen. I revised the address and it is correct. Later when I click one of this possibilities no page appears. I already reinstalled de IE, but the error persists. Thank you for your attention.

ANSWER: Hi Augusto,

Is it possible to have you explain this issue in a bit more detail? If you can let me know exactly what you are trying to do and exactly what happens, then I'll do my best to help you out.

Cheers,

Chris

QUESTION: Thank you Chris. I want to open a web page. But this page does not open. Instead of that it appears a list of possibilities. For example I want to open www.allexperts.com with ENTER it appears. Welcome to windows live....allexperts.com all experts in a sole page.. 2º ask a question to the experts.....3ºall experts is the page for answer questions.... but even so I can not enter this page and it the "THIS PAGE CAN NOT BE DISPLAYED" appears. I think it some thing as if the browser have some problem. I already reinstalled the Internet Explorer that the problem persist. Thank you for your attention.

Answer
Hi Augusto,

It sounds like the customer itself doesn't have an internet connection that is working. If it does this for all pages, then that would be the first thing I would suspect. What type of connection is it on and do you know how to test to know it's working for sure?

Cheers,

Chris
