Windows NT - Windows NT Blue Screen memory dump at boot

Expert: Chris Schuh - 6/8/2006

Question
My Dell Latitude displays a blue screen with a memory dump when booting "*** STOP: ...".
The boot goes no further.

I have tried setting the configuration to the original settings with no luck.

Any advice ?

Jim

Answer
Hi Jim,

Well, without the exact error, I can't pinpoint a solution for you. However, here's a great troubleshooting guide that will help you decode this screen and find the fix for it.
