Question
I hope you can help me. I receive a blank page every time I leave Windows Internet Exployer and a message saying that Internet Exployer has encoutered a problem and need to close. What can I do to fix this problem.    Thank You

Answer
Scan your computer for spyware and virus'

These are the programs I use and were you can download them
Ad-Aware http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
A

Spy Bot Search and Destroy  http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html

AVG Anti Spyware  http://www.grisoft.com/doc/31/us/crp/0?prd=asw

The Anti Virus I use is also from AVG  It can b downloaded here:
http://www.grisoft.com/doc/31/us/crp/0?prd=avw

Both of the AVG programs will need to be paid for, however the do have free versions.  These can be download here:
http://www.free.grisoft.com/doc/1

I also use a program call CCleaner.  It gets rid of Junk files as well as cleans reduntant and obsolute registry entries.  This program can be down loaded here:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

If IE will allow you to I would also run Windows updates.

Please let me know if this does not fix your problem or if you have any other questions
