Windows Networking/network printer

Question
I am running a peer to peer network here at my fire station - we have a linksys router with a hub also.  I understand on how to install a network printer that is installed on a computer and set for sharing.  We just bought a high end laser printer that I would like to share with all computers but not have connected to a computer but instead connected to our hub or router.
I assume this is possible because we currently have a copier in this room connected to the hub and we print to that.  I assume I would have to find out the IP address of the printer.  Can you provide any direction on me accomplishing this?

Answer
If the printer has a network port all you need is a network cable then follow the directions that came with the printer to assign it an IP address and then configure it on all the computers.

If the printer does not have a network port you will need to purchase a Print Server (probably USB)  You can purchase these for about $70 at Best Buy or any other related store.  Then follow the directions that come with the printer server.  It should come with a CD that makes it easy.
