Windows Vista - windows vista registry

Expert: Saad Shawwa - 10/23/2009

Question
I have a problem with the photoshop cs3, I tried to reinstall it from the CD. It doesn't run.
I believe that I need to use the registry and clean up all the photoshop files before I can have a clean slate installation.
Which key do I have to access to clean up all the related files without jeopardizing the windows.

Answer
Hello jasper how are you doing

there is a safer way to do that , there is a tool called CS3Clean
you can download it from
http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs3clean.html

download the file and extract it and then run cs3clean.exe "make sure to run it as an administrator, right click on the file and choose run as administrator"

that should cleanup cs3 mess and remove it completely so you would be able to reinstall it again

if you need more help feel free to contact me back anytime
take care and have a nice day.
