Question I have a friend that has a windows vista computer that has a hp 1350 all in one series printer that has printed one time and now she gets a statement saying that the hp is incompatible with her computer. What does she need to do?
Answer Hi Charlotte,
What you need to do is get a driver for Vista. It is weird that it did print once though, were any settings on the system changed? Go to HP's site at www.hp.com and look to see if they have an updated driver for your printer.
Good luck,
Sean
Update: Here is the best link on the HP Site to find drivers, she will have to know the specific model information though. I looked for the 1350 driver, but there are a few up there for different models that are cousins of each other.
