I currently use Windows Vista Home Premium on one laptop, Windows 7 on another, plus I run Windows XP Media Centre 2005 via a Virtual Machine on an Ubuntu host. Working in an IT shop, I have experience with a huge range of questions, so be assured of the correct response based on your level of expertise. I always try to answer questions within 24 hours, sooner if possible. I once had a case where I had responded to a question within 3 minutes of it being asked! Of course, no-one knows everything, so there may be the odd case where it might take longer to research or even develop a solution for your particular case. I am learning Visual Basic .NET 2008, so I will also attempt to create bespoke solutions in the near future. I've used Windows computers since an early age, and have used Vista since the day it came out. I use it on my main computer, and customise it a great deal. I regularly help people setting up their computers, and maintaining them. I'm used to novices and experts alike, and don't believe in just literally fixing a problem - I like to explain why the problem occurred and how it can be fixed in the future.
