Hi  i want to know that is there any software available,that is not required any static IP address for Remote Assistance. i listen my friend that software avialble.software provides a Password.that password applicable on both side. so plz guide me.

Look no further then logmein   (http://logmein.com)
This is free software with the ability to upgrade to the pro and other account options as your needs grow.
