Question
Hi Lorry,

I am concerned about all of the talk of 'Identity Theft', 'File Theft', and and general intrusion into my computer. I have heard of programs which can completely and permanently remove chosen information from my hard drive. I want to remove all of the information which I have deleted from my computer. Most of these programs are very confusing, at least to me. Can you recommend the best/easiest one? Also if there are any which are free, that would be even better.

Hi Ken,

The main thing is to protect your computer by using a firewall, anti-spyware programs. Check out the following for information:
