About Ray Barham
Expertise
I can answer just about any question that there is when it comes to anything windows related. I have been a computer technician for about 7 years now and I have the knowledge and experience to provide very detailed answers to situations that may be common, everyday problems or issues that the tech at the local best buy couldn't answer.

Experience
I have been in the computer industry for 7 years. In my years in this field, I've served as a computer technician, a consultant, a network engineer, a salesman and both inside and outside technical work.

Organizations
I am the owner / operator of Xtreme PC, located in Elkhart, IN. We specialize in computer repair for a fraction of the cost. We have developed a way to get a computer fixed and shipped back to the customer for less that the local shop in their city would be able to do it for. And we have a 4 business day return policy.

Education/Credentials
I completed all the course to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, but I stopped after the first test because I found that I wouldn't make any more money with all 7 test completed as I was making with one

Past/Present Clients
I used to be an expert here. I just got so busy that I couldn't keep up with the amount of questions

Windows XP - Opening a site

Expert: Ray Barham - 7/14/2008

Question
QUESTION: When I'm on a site & click on something in the site it comes up a reduced size & I have to enlarge it.  How do I get it to come up full size.  The regular sites come up full size, but anything I click on w/in the sites comes up small. It just started doing this a couple of days ago so I restored the computer to last week, but it's still doing it.

ANSWER: Betsy,

when you open a new window, maximize it and go to your folder options and apply that to all folders.  Now close the maximized folder.

QUESTION: Where do I find the folder options?  I'm a dummy!

Answer
Betsy,

I'm so sorry.  I thought, in my mind that I left a link, but it was lunch time and I was hungry...LOL.

Actually, I just searched for it and I couldn't find it in IE.  I use firefox, so I'm gonna have to give you another solution.  If you were using firefox, my answer would have been valid.
