windows Vista and XP questions please but I will answer win 2000 as well. If your system is older then that, then your problem is your operating system is just too old to be using on the internet!

Question Hi,
Recently my Windows XP Pro got corrupted and I decided to re-install it on another drive. The problem that I have now is that I had important email files stored through Microsoft Outlook that I cannot find now to import into the new Windows. Similarly I can't find the latest addresses from the old Address Book as well as the Favorites (bookmarks in Netscape).
Can you help?
Thanks,
Tibby
Answer Hello Tibby,
This is a common thing and although I haven't yet created a 'tip' for it like my other ones on my own website, I will point you to someone I know that has the answer already written up for you at his website located here:
What I would suggest since you say you reinstalled windows to a different drive, is to go and visit my website at http://tpsconsulting.com and read the TIPS page on OPTIMIZING your computer. Then go to the SOFTWARE/SUPPORT page where you should then install all the programs from the PINK section as they will help with the cleaning/removal and ongoing maintenance from the SPYWARE/MALWARE issues that cause so many problems and slowdowns.
