AboutJeffrey Bradley Expertise I can answer questions about Windows XP and 2000 that include installation, setup, how to do certain things with those operating systems (Some examples are un-installing drivers, creating limited accounts, etc.), I can also answer questions about securing wireless networks and most wireless router configuration questions as well. What I can not answer (at least not at this time), is how to write scripts in Vb Script or Windows Scripting Host format.
NOTE: As of 3/29/2008, I have now finished college for my AS degree in Internet Technology! I am now a graduate of Keiser University and in case your courious, I ended up with a 3.6 GPA which means that I will be graduating with honors when I walk in May. (Cum Laude).
It also means that responses should be a lot faster, too. :-)
Thank you.
Experience I have been with Windows since it first came out and involved with computers before Windows even came out (I had the commodore Vic 20). Here is a trivia question: What was AOL's original names from startup? A. Quantum Link for the Commodore computer systems, Pc-Link (DOS) and AOL (Windows). I have installed and configured several networks, wired and wireless, I also run Christian Computer Services (http://www.christiancomputerservices.info) where I do on-site local area service/tech-support calls and I also educate users in computer and family security.

Answer Hi John,
For a good virus scanner, you can grab the free edition of avg antivirus at http://www.avg.com, it also has limited spyware detection, also keep in mind
that with most free programs, you will need to download the updates manually (through the control panel) since the free version won't do it automatically.
As for a firewall that is free, I would recommend the Free version of Zonealarm.
Since the links for the free edition of Zonealarm and the stand-alone install of SP2 are extremely difficult to find, the links below will take you
to their respective download page:
Microsoft Service Pack 2 Full Install (No internet required)
