QUESTION: there is no problem accessing any web page it is only the help and support center in Microsoft xp professional that gives this result of cannot display the page

Answer
Hi Pat,

Many times if you do the above it will fix the problem related to the Help and Support Center.

The other thing would be to go to Windows Update and download the available updates.
