Question
QUESTION: Hi Lenny,  Thanks for your service, it must be nice to be self taught, and to help everyone who needs your service. I have a Toshiba lap top, intel with Windows XP version 2002.
Just a few days ago when I start up my lap top, a sign comes up saying ERROR Loading C:\windows\system32\vulademu.dll
saying the spedific module could not be found.  Also on the top of this notice is the word RUNDLL.  I would like to know if this is a big problem, or can I just ignore this.  I am not at all techo savvy, I can email, chat, a few general things, can not even save a folder, I usually get them loaded on the Desktop,  and trying to keep learning.  Many thanks Lenny,  JJ ps. if I ever have another question am I able to ask you one, or is it one per customer.  Thanks again.  I hope I made myself clear.  Thanks

QUESTION: Hi Lenny, thank you so much for the quick answer. I have the free program called SuperAntiSpyware, would this one do the trick?  I have also McAfee on my computer but I disconnected it because my computer would not move it was going so slow.  Like I said I do not know too much, and I installed it I think and it ended up in my I think they call it the system tray, I can re enter this program if you think that would work.  When I did a scan with the Superantispyware, I think it showed a few cookies and I quarantined them.  Then I did a scan with just the registry items and it did not show any items.  Should I go ahead and use the one you gave me, would my computer be safe or would it pick up something else, I am so cautious at times, only becuase I do not know that much.

Thanks so much for the quick answer.  Blessings,  JJ
