Question
deskto icons disappeared, will not add new shortcuts to replace them

Answer
Hello Clem,

-Please right-click anywhere on DESKTOP
-Highlight on "Arrange Icons By"
-Cross over to the right and scroll down to "Show Desktop Icons"

-Repeat procedure
-Repeat procedure once again until desktop icons appear.
