ANSWER: Hi Tinh,

Microsoft explains How to troubleshoot a Stop 0x0000007E error in Windows XP at:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/330182

Check out the following also for information:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308041

Double click My Computer, right click Local Drive C, left click Properties, under the Tools tab check Check Now, in the window check both "Automatically fix file system errors" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors", click Start. It will ask if you want to run the scan the next time Windows starts, click Yes. Reboot and let the scan run.

Hope this helps!

Answer
Hi Tinh,

When you start Windows, did you get a screen asking how you want to start Windows? If yes, try clicking the "Last goof configuration", if that doesn't work, click on Repair.

Have your Windows CD handy as it will be needed.

Hope this helps!
