Question
Hello Mike,
I wonder if you can tell me if I can download the FAX facility from somewhere into my system. I know it should be available from my Windows XP Home disk, but does not seem to be installable.
Many thanks and Best Regards,
Ken.

Answer
Hello,

What you are going to need to do are two things.. first, you need a telephone fax modem installed on your computer and then go to the the following link:

Expertise

I am proficient with all windows platforms. Installation and maintenance of home/business networks and servers. Windows 7, Vista. If you are still using XP then your system is simply too old to be safely surfing the internet and you should upgrade the operating system to Windows 7. If you have windows xp then your question will simply be forwarded to the question pool as I no longer feel it is worthy of my volunteered time, Since Windows 7 can handle systems with as little as 512mb of RAM memory, you have no excuse to not upgrade. If you are having problems and you are using XP there is no point in asking since the problem is with the operating system. Microsoft has stopped supporting this operating system as it is now over 10 years old.. time to upgrade!
