I'm currently in China visiting my wife's family. They have Win XP Prof on their computer but of course it is the Chinese version. Do you know of any websites which layout visually Win XP Prof so that I can navigate through the various menus?

Nope, sorry, there is nothing you can do but learn what 'yes and no' are and go from there. .I know this first hand as I have numerous times, come across Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Greek versions which have me scratching my head and hoping I am pressing the right choice...
One thing you can do is recognize that the 'default' is the one that will be automatically selected with the underline in the case it is prompting you for something... but I"m not sure that will be much help either..
