QUESTION: Hi,
Spybot informs me that I have a malicious program,Babylon Toolbar, on my system but is unable to remove it.I've searched my hard drive to remove it manually but am unable to find it.Can you help please?

Try the procedure described in this link: http://www.ehow.com/how_5104258_remove-babylon-toolbar.html.  Give it a whirl and let me know if it works.  If it doesn't, there are a couple of other option we can try.  Let me know.

QUESTION: Hi Tom,
Tried that and all the suggested sites.Search and Tools/Manage add-ons do not reveal the Babylon folder.HELP!!!

Dennis:  what browser are you using?  IE?  Chrome?  Firefox?  Let me know when you are able.

Also:  I found another guide for removal.  You can find it at:  http://www.free-uninstall.org/2012/04/17/how-to-uninstall-babylon-toolbar/

It appears that Babylon is a nasty little thing that is hard to remove.  See if any of this helps.
