Question
I HAVE A BOTTLE OF 1995 HENRIOT BRUT CHAMPAGNE CAN I STILL DRINK? I HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 YEARS.

Answer
Hi Alice

This is a really nice wine, and if it has been stored in a cool, dark, quiet place it should be delicious. It may be showing its age a bit...with more subdued fruit, and fewer bubbles...but still really yummy.

If it hasn't been stored well it will be well past that point, tired and flat.

If it were mine i would chill it and kill it this holiday season!

Hope that helps.
