I am a Certified Personal Trainer from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and have a diploma from the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College In Toronto Ontario. I have been training women for about 6 years and understand what it takes for them to either lose weight or firm their bodies.
