Question
Can stress cause over eating?
I'm stressed because I'm moving, kicking out my bf, failing all of my classes and don't have a lot of money.

so..I've been eating everything in the house.

how can I stop? I feel like I've gained about 20 lbs this week.

Answer
Hi Kayla,

Stress can really cause you to overeat.

here's a link that shares some great information on how you can easily manage your stress safely and effectively.

You might also not want to have those foods that you're overeating in the house...that way you wont be tempted to eat them.

Hope that helps,

Marci Lall
