Women`s Health/Tired and irregular periods
I'm just wondering if you could shed any light on a problem I've been having for the last couple of years.
Basically since I've started working at my current job which is on a horse trekking yard, five been having really irregular periods and missing a lot. The most i have missed is three in a row, even though i get all the stomach cramps and bloating still. I also seem to feel constantly tired no matter how much sleep i get. Other than this i feel fine.
I wonder if maybe its just something I'm lacking in my diet? Just wondered if you had any ideas of what could be causing this?
Please start with
Aloe vera juice and Noni juice regularly in ur diet
Take more of coconut in diet
Take Cow ghee in diet.
U should take good herbal supplement like---
Female health support cap--1 morning evening
Punarnava mandoor tablet---1 morning evening
for 3 months and u will be fine
