Women`s Health/Osteoporosis


Hi :) I am 29, going 30 end of next January. I have always had very irregular periods, I haven't had a period in 4 years then it came for couple of months this year then nothing else. I heard that periods and bone health goes hand in hand. Is lack of periods what causing osteoporosis?

As a baby I did have a few health problems, some things didn't form completely.
