Question hi
For the past 1 week i was having a pain in my anus while going for motion(toilet).B4 a week for 3 days i saw bleeding while going for toilet.And now there was no blood but i have a severe pain while going for toilet that too for the firt 2 minutes.Then after finishing i have pain for at;east 30 mniutes.Now wmy doubt is whwether it may be piles.I am of age 24 and i am married.Can u please help me i was frightened by this.

this could be hemorrhoids,there a cluster of veins located in the anus,just under the membrance that line the lower part of the rectum and anus.
this veins can swell,often as a result of straning during a bowel movement. and because these veins are thin and easily ruptured,bleeding may occur during a bowel movement. hemorrhoids are also common during pregnancy due to increase pressure in the veins from the size and weight of the uterus.
they can occur internally or externally,both types are common and both bleed.
for mild discomfort,a doctor may suggest over-the-counter creams,ointments or pads containing the astringent witch hazel,or a topical anesthetic agent. other steps to try and might help include a daily warm baths and consumption of additional liquids and fiber to help soften stool .
