Woodworking/Wood saw

Question
I used a 1 3/4" wood saw to cut a hole. Now, how do I get the piece of wood out? It is caught between the outer circle of the saw and the smaller drill bit that's in the middle.

Answer
You should find little window/slots on the side wall of the cutter, enough to get a screwdriver in and you should be able to use the screwdriver to leaver out the waste piece. If that doesnt work then I would try to take the arbor/drill out then poke some down to knock the waste disc out. It helps if the waste piece comes out level than on an angle as they it make it tighter...if you got this then very gently tap it so it is level and comes out square. I hope this helps. Stuart
