Question The small table top is very warped, How do I repair this?
Answer The first thing I must state that if it is an antique, and it is worth money then you need to get advice from a restorer....if you dont you could reduce it value considerable, close to not being worth much at all.
I would need to look at it my self, but if it was just a table that wasnt worth a great deal, I would saw the top up into small sections, carefully replane the timber pieces, reglue in the hope to remove as much of the warp out. If it was really bad then I would be telling the client that a new top should be made. Hope this helps you. Stuart
