Woodworking - Forstner Bits

Question
I have a set of bits made by Carb-Tech purchased from the old Woodworkers Warehouse.  The set # is  YB16.   Does the name indicate that the bits are carbide tipped ????  Thanx much.

Answer
I tried to find out carb-tech and old woodworkers warehouse and didnt get much joy. It is hard for me to answer without a picture. The name itself does not imply that it is TCT. If they are genuine forstners bits are not going to be tct type cutter, however you can get then coated, the most common titanium coated, and if these bits are then you will have 'gold' colour bits. I hope this helps you. Stuart
