Question
The day I told my employer that I needed surgery for my injury they fired me... Now I have no income.. Workmans comp wont pay on claim and I am not able to look for another job. I am still on a job restriction.

Answer
Well in Utah the company does not have to keep you on. But the work comp does have to still pay for the injury. 66% of normal wages, they have to send a denial, and you can appeal. I would seek an attorney for this to make sure that your rights are covered. Now it takes time and if there is a job that you can do with the restrictions then I would do that as well.
