I have a case manager nurse right now  and have had one in the past and according to my attorney, they are not for the employee they are helping  the insurance co and the employer .   They don't care about you at all.. If you are assigned a case manager nurse then hire an attorney that way you know what they are allowed to do and not to do. You will thank me in the long run.

Please feel free to ask anything, but the more specific you are, the easier it is for me. Please share as many details as you are comfortable doing. I do check my Emails daily Monday through Friday so you should receive an answer within 24 hours on most business days. Thanks.
