Answer
Hi Mary,

I am very sorry you have been having so much trouble with these people. I personally can not help you, but I may be able to point you in the right direction.

First you need to report them to your local police. Call the police and tell them you want to report a White collar crime/ Scam and ask to speak to a detective that handles these kinds of crimes. They should be able to help you.

Also you can report this to the Internet Crime Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/
They will take a lot of information from you and then send that information to the people they know that are the ones to handle the case. They are very good and helpful in getting your case looked at.

Also stop calling them. That will only cause you problems and they could file a harassment complaint which you do not want.

You could also file a small claims civil case against them in your local courts. Look up your local civil courts instructions for filing your own small claims against these people.

Also do you have a Better Business Bureau? You can report them there also.

And last you could contact your local media (TV and News) most have a consumer reporter that covers things like this and may help you get your refunds. I see them all the time and they really seem to get responses since no one wants negative press, it can really hurt business.

Those ideas should help you, but you have to stop calling them, you could get yourself in trouble and it will not speed up your refund.

Stay Safe
