Hi. I'm curious, how do people get into freelance book editing? Thanks

Actually, there is no such thing as "freelance editor." Freelance writer, yes.

If you want to book edit, then you will need to set up an editing website advertising your services.

There is much more to book editing than "editing."

There is proofing/proof reading, copywriting and copyediting, character development, plot development, full services, etc.
