Question
I am interested in writing a book on Medical Practice Management. Everything related to the topic is in my head. However, how do I turn this into writing a book?

Answer
Dear Dr. Alain,
Thank you for your question. The idea for a book comes in the form of a seed, where you see the whole thing at once. Then the challenge is to get the book onto paper in linear words and sentences. It may take some time, but the best way to get started is to do clustering. That's where you write one word, then circle it, then draw spokes coming out and write associated words, and cirlcle those, then draw spokes, and so on. You end up with something that looks like a spider web. This is the way the brain works, so it's the best way to map out what's in your mind. There's a book called Writing the Natural Way, which explains this process. I highly recommend that you buy the book. You can see it here at my writing books page:

I hope this helps. You can find other information, such as how to find a publisher, by going to my web page for writers:

Write back if you have more questions down the line.
Sincerely,
Noriµg
