Writing Books/intrested in how to start on writing a book and ideas

intrested in how to writing a book based on true life events.  i would like information on how to start. thankyou

Dear Satjeevan,
Thank you very much for your letter. I also wrote a book about true life events from my life. The best way to start is to write  things down as you remember them. You can write in chronological order, or you can write out of order then put them in order when you enter your notes in the computer. Simply write as though you are writing a letter to someone. Once you have written everything you want to say, you have what is called a "memoir."
You can decide to stop there if the book is meant for a few close friends, your children, future generations of your family, etc. Many people write their life story for their family and it is a great gift.
There is another step you can take if you want to share your story with a wider audience. That is, you want to turn your memoir into a story, written like a novel. This means you have scenes, dialogue, characters, plot, subplots, and so on. At my site I have posted the Fiction Writers Workshop, see:
Keep your memoir as a reference to help you decide who are the main characters, what are their motivations, what are the conflicts, and so on.
After you have a chance to look over the resources at my web site, feel free to write back if you have further questions.

P.S. This is my book:
