It  does'nt  matter
-who   sends  it  out.
-what  purpose  it  sent  out.
-thru  whom  it  is  sent  by.

IT IS  SENT  OUT  BY  AN  ORGANIZATION  
TO  A  TARGETED  AUDIENCE.
IT  IS   A  DIRECT  RESPONSE  ADVERTISING.
