1- whats your opinion about certifications offered by well known organization like (IPMA) & (PMI) & other ? what this certifications can support my situation in my PM career path ? if it is useful there is many organizations , which one can I choose specially the author of the book said that each organization build its standard according to its concept ?
THE CERTIFICATIONS ARE USFUL AND THEY ADD VALUE
TO YOUR RESUME.
MOST CERTIFICATIONS INSIST ON FEW YEARS OF WORKING
EXPERIENCE.
CURRENTLY ''PMI'' LEADING IN THE POPULARITY FIELD.
BUT IN THE REAL WORLD, YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS.
THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXCELLED IN THEIR JOBS
WITHOUT CERTIFICATION.
=========================================================
2- what ll the value of this certifications from where entry level career ? , also if I signed in this organizations also take their certification can that wide my opportunity for finding good jobs in Pm career ?
HONESTLY, AT THE ENTRY LEVEL,
THESE CERTIFICATIONS WOULD HELP YOU VERY MARGINALLY.
AT THE ENTRY LEVEL, THE RECRUITERS ARE FOCUSED ON YOUR
-aptitude
-attitude
-desire
-drive
-motivation
FOR YOUR PM CAREER.
WITH YOUR MBA [PM],
you can prove why you are the best fit.
=====================================================
3- I m fresher hasn't experience in PM so , is MBA in PM ll be good pace for someone like me or I have to have some experience in PM & market fist before applying for a one ?
WITHOUT EXPERIENCE,
YOUR MBA [PM] IS THE BEST WEAPON.
AS YOU APPLY FOR POSITIONS LIKE
-management trainee with corporations
or
-large professional consulting firms
YOU MUST USE YOUR KNOWLEDGE LEVEL,
because the employers know that you have no experience
being a fresher.
==============================================
4- I had did some researches in jobs data base to find the PM requirements I found some jobs need 5 yrs experience other 10 other more than 15 yrs , no master no MBA , "comment" ?
YOUR ARE RIGHT.
In most job situations in PM, the experience is critical.
You will also see that the experience level requirements
will be reduced if you have MBA [PM ]
5 YEARS = 2/3 YEARS WITH MBA [PM]
10 YEARS = 5/6 YEARS WITH MBA [ PM ]
===============================================
5- which companies services also industries PM take a wide role or basic role in , list me some of this sort of companies , industries to narrow my research ?
WIDE ROLE FOR PM
-IT industries.
-CONSTRUCTION industries.
-INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION industries.
-AEROSPACE industries.
-SHIPBUILDING industries
-ENGINEERING industries
etc

6- there is a center in Uk offer PM course for few days " www.focusprojects.co.uk" it offer AMAP certifications, PRINCE2 certifications ? but the course is short & expensive , is this certifications is valuable ? what it ll benefit me in my career path ?
THESE ARE USEFUL FOR PEOPLE
-who have experience in PM, with no formal qualifications.
IN FRONT OF MBA [PM], they don't count much.
AT THE ENTRY LEVEL, THEY ARE NOT OF MUCH HELPFUL.
==================================================
7- finally , I m someone who assured that his skills , abilities match PM career requirements , interested in that career , own a bachelor degree in engineer + power knowledge in many business issues , but want to start from scratch in that PM career ???????
AJ,
It is one thing to have good qualifications.
It is another thing to prove it on the working field.
-GET AN ENTRY.
-PROVE YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN MBA [PM ]
-YOU SHOULD EXCEL ON THE PROJECTS.
-OFTEN YOU GOT TO WORK, BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
-AS YOU WORK ON THE PROJECTS, YOU MUST DEVELOP YOUR KNOWLEDGE/SKILL.
IN REAL WORKING LIFE--EVEN IN PM,
YOU HAVE TO COMBINE MBA [PM] WITH
SOFTSKILLS LIKE
*interpersonal skills
*communication skills
*presentation skills
*selling concepts / ideas
*negotiation skills
etc

"you mean first doing MBA in PM beside working in entry level position in any of the listed above industries ( as apply what I ll take on my MBA program in the daily work , is that you meant ?"
YES.
-that is the appropriate approach.
-it lays the foundation for your career path.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
''is MBA program offer practical application or just study courses ?''
YES.
-it offers a vast amount of information.
-you have to absorb / digest it into a knowledge base.
-your knowledge base will carry a range of processes/ systems/ applications.
-AT the internship, you apply some of them and gain the application experience.
THEN AT THE ENTRY LEVEL,
-you have the opportunity to put all your knowledge base into action.
