hello sir

in past conversation we was talked about the KSA theory (knowledge-skill-ability)

I need some explanation about that

but I have a deduction , I ll express it with examples , you have to assure it or cancel it


for instances ;

I may have the skills of high imagination , creating , illustrating , .... but I can express that on writing but not in drawing or compose music , is that what the theory

other example

or my past experience let me assured that I have a musical talent so it is may qualify me to be a composer or playing music ( skill in music tend to be genius in receiving or store tones) in other hand I have the ability to play music but when I interact with musical notes I couldn't understand it , also cont harmonize with doing it


last example

I have the skill and talent let me movies or stage play director , but when I get involve in project in directing , I hate interact with many equipments , devices , lead peoples , responsibility , repeat lot of times the one shot , in other hand I like to express this directing skill in writing a screenplay or stage play

is the previous examples are an applications on KSA theories
