Answer

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
THERE  IS NO  CONTRADICTION.
IF  you  go  for  mba  telecommunication,
your  initial   scope  will  be  in  industries  like
-telecom
-telecommunication
and  associated  industries.

BUT  IF  YOU DO  MBA PROJECT MANAGEMENT,
your  initial   scope    could  cover
-IT
-construction
-infrstructure
-aerospace
-railways
-engineering
-other  industries.
HERE  THE  SCOPE  IS WIDE  OPEN,  BECAUSE  YOU COULD
ABSORBED  IN ANY  OF THESE INDUSTRIES.

THAT  IS HOW  THE  JOB MARKET  LOOKS  AT  THE  JOB  APPLICANT.
##########################################################

2- whats qualification I need to reach the above positions also which industries depend required that positions ( contact engineer - tender engineer - procurement - purchase - telecoms project )????????????///

You  need  a  basic  engineering  degree  for   these  positions.
Once you  are  absorbed, depending  on your aptitude, you  will  be  given
one  of  these  positions  under  the  project  manager .
THIS  AGAIN  GOES  WITH  THE  INDUSTRY.
-civil  projects,  they  prefer  civil  engineer.
-telecom  projects,  they  prefer  electronics/ electrical  etc
-IT projects,  they  prefer  IT  graduates
-ENGINEERING  projects,  they  prefer  mechanical  engineer.
etc
