Hi
I am preparing an assignment on the difference between existing e-business plans and regular business plans in existing similar markets, in particular the difference of e-business plans  and regular business plans for online gyms,physical gyms and online/physical health centres.What can you tell me about this?
I would also appreciate it if you would be able to tell me what policies affect e-commerce business relative to gyms, and health centres.

In the case of gyms, their web site can be useful as an extension of it's existing brick and mortor business.  It can provide health tips, exercise techniques, up to date informtion about the clubs activities and price specials. The site should allow for feedback by the customer, thus enabling the club to learn what their needs are.  If the site becomes very popular banner ads can be sold.  Club products can also be displayed on the net.  Billing informtion is another area that could be made available. Make sure this feature is secure.  As you can see the e-commerce aspect can grow, but must emanate from their physical location.
