Question Hi, I am interested in making a TV Show plan and I wonder if the Plan format should be the same as any other Plan , at the same time how can I protect my idea from not being stolen.
Is there any legal procedure to do that.
I was told that mailing myself a close envelope with my Plan, and keep it sealed is a legal way to own the rigths to my idea.
Thank you very much in advance

Answer a; a biz plan is essential regardless
its format/strucure. for both you and
those who want to help you, etc.
b; for the bad news; you cannot in all
practicality, protect yourself unless
u have $50-75,000 in the bank.
i tried to sue others for big losses and that
was the retainer needed by any atty.
those "no fee up front" cases are
just for workman's comp and car
injury cases; not for TORT disputes--
"he stole my ideas".
