Writing Plays/Screenwriting/Romantic Comedy Format

Question
My screenplay is a Rom-Com, in which I tell the story of how I met my wife, and the twists and turns of our relationship until we are married 4 years later. On page 60, we make a commitment to each other, in that she is going to give up a good job, and move to my city. Is this appropriate for the midpoint of the screenplay? Also I have 3 questions concerning format placement.

In one scene, she gets cold feet and breaks up with me, due in part to the uncertainty of leaving her job and family, and moving 500 miles away. In another scene, we get back together. In a 3rd scene, her ex long time fiance returns to wreak havoc on our relationship because he wants her back. How should I plot these scenes in relation to Plot Point 2, End of Act 2, and climax. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what you've been reading about the structure of screenplays, but you might want to read some story structure material that is more up to date.
