Question Which episode had Mulder seeing demons...he was the only one that could see them. At one point he looks at one of them and says "You must be very lonely."...I know that I've seen it, but can't remember the title. Also, these demons met at a bakery or diner or something. Thanx for the help!
Answer unfortunately, i dont have a good answer for you. I think what you might be remembering about the diner is a scene from a cross-over episode of Chris Carter's other show Millenium. There was a episode that featured the writed Jose Chung that was called "Somehow, Satan got behind me" There were 4 demons sitting in a diner for part of it. As for mulder, the only time i can remember him being the only one to see demons was an episode called "Follie A Deux". And it was about demons that "hide in the light". I dont know about that line though. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful. Hope that leads you on the right track.
