Sorry I have two questions...I just started watching and the episodes are all out of order...what happened when Scully was abducted by aliens...what did they do?

Also whose baby is it? You know the one she has? Sorry I like the show but I am confused. Thank you

Hello-

No one really knows what happened to Scully when she was abducted, not even Scully herself. There was a chip put into the back of her neck, possibly for identification, maybe it monitored her bodily functions. There were also tests done, some of which rendered her sterile.

The baby, by strong consensus, is Mulder's, but all we know is that Scully asked him to be a donor. It was left unsaid whether or not Mulder actually did donate (though he said yes) and whether a child came of that, but the fact that both were insanely happy that Scully was pregnant makes it pretty clear.
