Question I have been watching episodes on TNT for about 2 months now and I think I have been watching them in order but I need to know what the tape x on mulders window means, scully always seems to put it on there and I'm confused, thanks
Answer Hi Eddie,
The tape on the window is Mulder's way of contacting Deep Throat in the first 3 seasons and then Mr X after that. They contact them when they need extra information on the government projects concerned with ufo, geneology and genetics - both deep throat and mr x work in the government on these progects - they are criptic but often point Mulder and Scully in the right direction - Scully only uses the tape when Mulder is missing.
