Question
What is the best sexual position to conceive?
Should I lay a certain way after intercourse?
For how long?
Should I lie on back with my hips up?
What makes a difference in conceiving? percentages please:
if the sperm is spurted out  in to me or just poured into or just  placed on my  or my partner's finger tip and then inserted ?
Does it a matter how deeply penetration or fingertip insertion occurs?

Answer
Dear J,

Sorry, I'm just a heart doctor and don't know.  I think penetration with penis as far as possible is better than fingers, and I think any body position during and after intercourse is o.k.  I suppose lying your back both times makes sense.  You need an obstetrician to answer your questions.
