QUESTION: I am from India, 33 Male. I want a diet chart for my daily life. I want to know what to take in the morning, what type of food and vegetables in the afternoon and what in the night. Can you please suggest.

I have problem of anal fissures and improper digestion.

Answer
Hi Rohit,
For your anal fissure see a doctor/general surgion.Here I am providing you the diet plan for your well being keeping in mind the problems of anal fissure and improper digestion.
*Drink six glasses of lukewarm water just after getting up from the bed in the morning before going to toilet or brushing.Start from 2 glasses and gradually go on to 6 glasses in a week or two.After drinking water do some stretching exercising like tadasan,udarkarshanasana,triyak tadasana,triyak bhujangasana,kati chakrasana 10 times each and then go to toilet.It will help you in healing your anal fissure and indigeston.Do all this before 6 o'clock in the morning.

Diet:-Breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning.Take green moong 50 - 100 gm as per your liking and reisins(kishmis 30 pieces)+ 2 medium size apples and papaya 75 gm.

At 10 o'clock take cucumber or papaya or both 100 gm
Lunch between 12 noon to 1 PM- Keep in mind that you your meal should contain 75% of alkalinic and only 25% of acidic foods.A lot of salad about one plate made of cucumber,carrots,onions etc...but no tomato then go for a little rice and 4-6 rotis only.One bowl of green vegetables.One cup of spinach daily.Take khichdi at least 2 times in the week.Khichdi should be prepared with moong dal and rice or dalia.Avoid cauliflower and chana dal for up to 3 months.If you are a non veg then also avoid red meat.Drink pudin hara(pudina extract) after 45 minutes of lunch.30 drops in a cup of water.Do not drink water just after lunch or dinner.Only after 45 minutes you should drink water after lunch and dinner.After lunch take one medium size apple and a little saunf.A little hing should be used in preparation of khichdi and vegetables.

Snack time at 4 PM: Take resins and dates and green tea or herbal tea.Protein/energy drinks like horlicks,complan.Avoid samosaa,pakoras of potato,maida,excess sugar,fast foods.

Dinner at 8 PM:-This time do not eat rice and dal.Breads made of atta (no maida) and a lot of vegetables and salad.Go to bed at 10 PM.
Do not take non veg at dinner.
Avoid things:-Maida(fine atta,excess sugar,banana,tomato,chana dal,red meat,baigan,cauliflower,vegetable oil,fast foods,cold drinks,coffee,milk of buffalo,sweets made of buffalo milk(for three months) and spicy foods.
You will be benefited by this diet plan.It will help you in getting rid of your anal fissure and indigestion too.Wishing you all the best!Pl give me your feedback.
