I am 27 years old. Please tell me ay yoga to prevent aging. I dont want to have wrinkles of face and eyes and loose body.

Hello Zaina,

Daily yoga in combination with meditation, healthy eating (no meat) and exercise will keep wrinkles away for a long time, hopefully until the moment that you don't mind the wrinkles and consider them a sign of maturity and wisdom.
