DO You have suggestion for a natural cure

Thank you for writing.

You may try the Tulsi Tea:

9-10 leaves of tulsi leaves,
2 gm ginger
seven pics of black pepper

Boil 200 gm of water and put all the three in this boiled water and continue boiling for 2 minute. Cover the bowl and let it cool down.

Filter the above and mix with 100 gm boiled milk and add sugar as per your taste.  Take this warm solution and rest for some time.
