QUESTION: I am 27 years old. Please tell me ay yoga to prevent aging. I dont want to have wrinkles of face and eyes and loose body.

ANSWER: Dear Zaina
For anti aging, one has to be inwards and consolidates his thoughts on inner self, firstly on the body followed by the spine combining with regulation of breathwork. One has to consciously prolong inhalation /exhalation by concentrating mind on the navel. Breath work can be simulated with physical exercises such as Tai Chi, walking etc . This reduces the mental stress and increases vitality in the body. By being inwards while ensuring extreme movements of your spine and all joints, you keep having a baby body free from ailment, wrinkles with body brightness and widening of aura and that imbibes longevity.

Longevity is not in literature it is in the present. Breathe like nature and open your eyes , it is all wrinkle free longevity around you. Please spare some time for your awn self to search your own body, your own mind and YOU.

Please concentrate on Kapal bhaati pranayam. Start with 3 sets of breath repetitions of 100 breaths by exhhaling one breath per second in total ease and concentrating on your navel. inbetween the sets perform Bhrastika pramayama with at least 25 breaths with equal in/out take of 4 seconds. Gradually increase your Kapalbhati sets to five in 3 months time. This will provide sustenance to your longevity.
