Question QUESTION: I have been reading over your answers about yoga and meditation. I sent an email to find out if Ananda Marga had any teachers in my area and nobody has responded. I was wondering if you could help me out in finding a good teacher to practice meditation/yoga.
Until I find a good teacher, what is the best way/simplest way to practice without doing it wrong?
